A member of the Model Living team will come by your home to take exact measurements of your space and collect the information necessary to finalize your project proposal.

After the home visit, review your proposal with your project advisor. It will include a tailored scope of work, realistic timeline, and accurate construction quote.

Based on your selections, we will produce two photo-realistic visuals of your new space for a fee using the latest in image rendering technology.
